Species by the Thousands accepts American Express, Visa, & Mastercard. We make every effort to have sufficient stock, but occasionally we may sell out of a product and it will need to be custom ordered which will take around 7-10 business days.
Sales Tax - All New York residents will pay a state sales tax on their order.
Domestic Shipping: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days when items are in stock, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do our best to guarantee availability of products, some jewelry items are custom made and can take about 7-10 days to produce, please keep that in mind when ordering. Orders are processed out of Brooklyn, NY. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available we will notify you via email and you can choose to be refunded or wait-listed. All shipments are sent by UPS, unless otherwise instructed. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, a signature is required.
International Shipping (Canada Only): International orders are will be shipped via UPS international or USPS. For international orders a customs duty will be charged to you, depending on the country in which you reside. The customer is responsible for paying this duty.
Online Return Policy
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. We are happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer must be pre-authorized prior to sending any items back for a return. Species by the Thousands holds the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. All items must have original tags and/or packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. All apothecary products and vintage items are final sale.
