Soda fired small rustic hand thrown ceramic bud vase. This vase's exterior was dipped in a reactive slip that fired in a mix of charcoal greys, off whites, earthy browns and yellow ochres and has a beautiful soda affected white liner. It is about 3.25 inches high, has approximately a 2.5 inch mouth and is 4 inches at its widest. Bottoms of some high fired atmospheric pieces can have some sanding, grinding and polishing to remove stuck wading and excess soda and glaze drips.
